The glass art bowls and plates shown here were made using several processes. These include: fusing (to melt together the different textures of glass that I selected for the particular design); combing (to create organic patterns across the surface of molten glass); cold working (i.e., shaping, smoothing, polishing and sandblasting the glass to create a finished, professional look); and, slumping into a mold or over an organic form (to achieve the desired shape).
